Jen Arnold, Marketing & Communications Director
Jen is from Northeast Ohio, and made Columbus her home from ’07 to ’16, where she says her life truly started — when she placed her faith in Jesus at age 23 and met her husband, Bryan, shortly after. She has a communications degree from John Carroll University, and completed a two-year seminary-type program, Vineyard Leadership Institute, where she studied theology, church planting and evangelism, as well as emotional and physical healing. God opened the door to a speaking ministry, in which Jen has taught on identity in Jesus, missional living and adoption, at women’s events and from the church pulpit.
Jen is a stay-at-home working mom — an integrated marketing communications consultant and “defensive specialist” to two soon-to-be two-year-olds, born five weeks apart, gifted to her and Bryan through open adoption (ask her about this God story!) She describes herself as a “communications architect” — drawing the blueprints for which solid foundations and structures can be built upon, highlighting the details and intricacies of each client. She’s promoted local nonprofits, ministries, national brands, restaurants, tech and medical companies in both the consumer and B2B spaces. She says working in the fast-paced agency world taught her to keep lots of balls in the air by strategically planning, managing time well and consistently hitting deadlines. Ministry and nonprofit work developed the ability to put people before the process. She loves working with small business owners to open their eyes to all that’s possible through integrated marketing communications to create brand love and loyalty among target audiences.
